Milkshake welcomes the walkers for Casey Cares' Annual Green 5k Walk/Run benefit.  Sparks, MD.  Lace up your running shoes and keep your kids in their pajamas for the Casey Cares Green 5K on Sunday, November 13th, 2011 – one of the only several green 5k’s in Baltimore!  You’ll be running to help a critically ill child.  The 3.1 mile run/walk course begins at Pulse Health and Fitness Club, 14630 York Road in Sparks, MD and also includes a 1 mile Family Fun Walk, 100 yard dash Jammie Jog, refreshments, and musical entertainment by Grammy nominated kids band, “Milkshake”. Teams and families are encouraged to register!  Early registration is $25 from now until 9/30, $30 from 10/1 to 11/12 and $35 day of the race. The 2nd Annual Milkshake Valentine Spectacular takes place in the Main Auditorium at Grace Fellowship Church, 9505 Deerco Road, Timonium, MD.
